UCloud Asia Pte Ltd to acquire Venture Domain Hosting

[Singapore] – [1st Mar 2017] – UCloud Asia Pte Ltd today announced it had signed a definitive agreement to acquire Venture Domain Hosting (www.vdomainhost.com.sg), a Singapore Web Hosting Company. Venture Domain Hosting provides VPS Hosting, Cloud Hosting, Enterprise Exchange Hosting, Domain Name Registration. The agreement combines the strengths of UCloud Asia Pte Ltd and Venture Domain Hosting, by leveraging UCloud Asia Pte Ltd's global network and resources and Venture Domain Hosting's 15 years of local web hosting industry expertise to deliver an unparalleled Internet experience to local consumers.
